I have plans to move sa Malate and was wondering how to get to San Beda Mendiola?
Hows the commute po? And is the area safe po ba?

one less crisis kasi i passed sbu col and i’m enrolling next month pero syempre may kapalit agad 😭
grabe hirap maghanap ng place near mendiola??? like bakit halos lahat either sobrang liit (literal parang shoebox) or ang mahal for what you’re getting 😭 i knew it wouldn’t be easy pero ibang level pala in reality
i can stretch my budget a bit pero hanggang certain point lang and honestly i really want my own room for sanity na rin once classes start
anyone here looking for a housemate? or may alam na decent place na hindi naman sobrang siksikan + reasonable price 🥲
pls i just want a livable space habang nagssurvive sa law school
also how bad can the traffic be if one jeep away from sbu? everything is accessible within 30mins of commute (traffic included) sakin right now but i need a reality check
