This seems like an easy way to prevent sunlight from reaching Earth and freeze everyone to death. Why didn’t they do it?

More fiber, less fiber, insoluble, soluble, more fat less fat. It's driving me nuts.

I drink a gallon of water each day.

For years now I have IBS-C, bloating, gut discomfort, GERD, and the rest of the "gifts" we all familiar with.

Recently my IBS-C became way worst than before, so I followed dr.google and increased my fibre and water intake.

My constipation became so much worst after this that I had to the ER to get an edema.

The more fiber I eat the sicker I feel.

My daily fiber intake is at around 20gr.

After reading online, I saw that some people benefit from *zero* fiber diet.

Constipation, bloating, discomfort was largely gone for them.

Did any of yoy guys have some experience with zero/very low fibre intake?

How do you guys handle the terrible fatigue caused by baclofen?

I often find myself fall asleep in front of my computer in my office and taking long noon naps. I can barely get up from my bed at the morning.

I am typically a very energetic person but I find myself so tired all the time after started taking baclofen.

Any tips from baclofen vets?

Looks to me that the trisolarians could defeat humanity with a single droplet, by simply slamming it at maximum speed into the large cities of most counrties.

To do that, they would need to defeat our infantry, ground forces, artillery, tanks, and more.

how did they plan to accomplish this? Does the book mention whether the San-Ti possessed any small arms, like rifles? Or they planned to wipe out our forces with some kind of advanced air strikes?
