Moonroof yes or no?

I'm looking for a used 2017-2018 i3 Rex, and one came up in my price range but has a moonroof. I've read here and on other forums, they can become problematic. I would prefer a car without one, but I need a car and being patient is becoming difficult. I have to park in an area with many trees, lots of birds etc. It's lovely, but I've read about the drains becoming clogged and causing issues. I've also read about the fabric inside around the roof having issues. I think the answer is "keep looking" but wanted to ask here in case I'm worrying too much about the roof. Thanks much in advance.

UPDATE: Planned to test drive, found out it was sold. So, back to the search. And, it seems prices have soared in the last few days, and less available Grrrr. Thank you so much for all your very informative replies. I am so intrigued by this car's engineering, can't wait until I post the "its mine" photo.

Need help creating mobile nav bar. Have read previous posts. I want the links on my desktop (nice simple row of links) to work with a hamburger icon on mobile.

Hey all,

I have been trying all sorts of ways to do this, hours and hours of trial and error. I gave up last night and the way I have my site set up for desktop now, is this:

  • Top of page is #home scroll point, (I gave up trying to have the nav on each section, and now have a "back to top" at each section's end. It's fine.
  • I have all my links in a row -- used links instead of buttons. Is that the problem?

How do I get my links that are set up on the desktop site to work w/the hamburger icon on mobile? Mobile navigation looks too messy to not use something like the hamburger icon. The links are set up, there must be a way to simply connect them w/the hamburger, no? I just upgraded to Pro Plus, mainly for the visibility choice.

Thanks much for any ideas you may have.

Please tell me why you love your car, or not.

Hello, new member here, first post. When asking people, I get mixed answers:

"the cars are a pain in the butt, parts are too expensive, not practical except in the city, breaks down a lot" etc.

However, I recently moved back to the States from Europe and its smallness greatly appeals. I might feel differently when trying to haul a canvas or two... yet I'm sure there's a way. So, I thought I'd come here and ask true owners.

Tell me your love story or nasty breakup. If the latter, did you buy another or never again? Are there years to avoid, models to avoid?

Thanks much in advance.

EDIT: Wow, your responses made me smile and chuckle! Thank you so much for your honest answers. I truly appreciate it. If you have input on what years to avoid in the US, that would also be appreciated, although I can do a general internet search too. I wish the US was not so far behind Europe in many things, and especially cars. Would be awesome to have the 4D here. Such fun! Thank you all again!

Here's the thing. I have several documents needing to be in various western translations, and occasionally, an Arabic translation is included. From what I'm reading, I would have to install the ME version of ID, and uninstall my current English version. This is making me nuts for one document. Does anyone know why these can't run side by side? It's so disappointing Adobe doesn't put features for ME typesetting in ID period, to use as needed.

I've also read there are scripts for workarounds using the Western ID, but I've only found them for CS4. Would it still work? I've also read they are still a bit wonky.

It seems such a hassle for an occasional document. Please tell me why it isn't and any other words of wisdom you have.

Thanks much.
