An amazing burger. Side of the road type of place in Ahangama, Sri Lanka. Smash burger would give some stateside restaurants a run for their money.
As a traveler and burger lover. I always try and find a burger in any place I’ve visited. Not because I won’t eat local food (which I do) but because I’m always curious on what the world thinks a burger is. How they season it, bun type, cheese types and additions.
American cheese is the standard for cheeseburgers. IMHO.
1/3 pound double cheeseburger.
Thirteen years ago my world changed for the better.
Just another R&D type of night. I feel bad for my wife. Burgers once a week. For the last few months.
