One product to use for bringing out curls/waves?

Recently started scrunching my hair with microfibre towel after I have a shower, as my hair has always been wavy and frizzy with a few curls underneath. I was wondering if there is one product I can use (besides shampoo and conditioner) that will help accentuate the curls? I like the slightly messy look of my hair anyway so I dont want really defined curls, so I dont need a full routine. Any reccomendations would be great!!

Is it normal for tampons to make me bleed more?

Ive onky used a tampon once before and it didnt work but that was like 4 years ago so i thought i woukd try it again as I bleed through at least once or twice a period. I also used a pad as i am worried about leaks. Only used it for about 3.5 hours but the pad and tampon were soaked through (graphic, sorry 😭) and I leaked through as well. Is it possible that it made my flow heavier or was it just a coincidence?

Aide pour trouver des collations d'enfance?

Salut ! 😄😄

Experience gift for mum?

I prefer to buy experience gifts to be more sustainable and maybe spend time together, any ideas? My mum isn't a fan of massages so I dont think a spa day would be good, she likes crafts, the Beatles, we have a dog. Thanks!

Travel budget and planning

I want to go travelling sometime in the next 5 years. Ideally, India, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand as this is what my parents did. However, they did it almost 30 years ago, so I'm wondering if this is still possible today? Does anyone have any idea how much I should save up for this entire trip (like the minimum for one person), and then does anyone have any tips on how I can plan my trip? or ideas on budgeting since i know Australia is meant to be really expensive. Thanks!

I go to college (UK) for music production and am interested in the live side of it. I'm not really sure how I can get into that industry after college, does anyone have any advice? I was thinking about an apprenticeship but thats gonna be pretty hard to get
