Committed to vivid pink and purple for the first time, and why haven’t I done it sooner?

Guys, this might be REALLY niche, but…

A store called Cabela’s is selling Ethel Cain merch. Really happy to know that a big store like this is so committed to the aesthetic.

Cookie Plug, Allentown

I’m nosy (lol) and my family and I just finished up dinner at Sumo sushi and passed by Cookie Plug. I think it’s been abandoned since October, and now there’s a sherrif’s business card posted on the door, requesting “call me”. Anyone know what happened to this place?

Hi folks, posting my baby, Gidget, for visibility.

For the past three weeks, she has been suffering from uveitis. Initially, I thought she had seasonal allergies because the eye squinting was paired with sneezing, but upon going to the vet, she determined it was uveitis due to trauma to the eye. It was recommended that she go to a specialist within the next week, but ophthalmologists in my area are booked until mid-June. We actually had to schedule a specialist a state over because they had sooner availability at the end of May.

My issue is, although Gidget is an overall sweet girl, she can get VERY snappy when it comes to her eye drops. She is on medicated eye drops that are supposed to be administered 4 times per day. She is on Gabapetin to help with the pain and to calm her down, but it’s still a struggle to put in the drops. We’ve wrapped her in a towel or blanket, distracted her with blueberries or preferred treats, tried to put them in while wearing her cone … and it’s like a 50 percent chance of them going in her eye.

She is my baby and I love her more than anything. I just want to help her and alleviate her pain. Her heart was beating so fast after the last drop we administered, and I’m trying to calm her and make this process as painless as I can.

If anyone has any tips or tricks to calm their Peke down during invasive procedures, like eye drops, please share or message me. I am so desperate at this point. Thank you for reading.
