Hi there everyone I’m looking to hear and see anyone who has had a inguinal hernia repaired and had any issues with their cremaster muscle and any testicle related issues? I had no idea that during the procedure there is moving or cutting this muscle which will effectively change how your testicles sit and react. I’ve also read about potential sensation changes as well. Is this the case with all types of repairs? It has serious worried me about getting it done despite knowing I have to get it done. Would love for any info or shared stories or personal experiences. Thank you so much.

Hi there everyone, I was recently diagnosed with a inguinal hernia on my right side. I came across it after having some other health issues and was referred to have the area checked out by my urologist. After an ultrasound and confirmation from him he sent me to see a Dr who specializes in the department of surgery. Primarily invasive gastrointestinal surgery & endocrine surgical oncology. After seeing one of the Medical residents he made me perform the cough test and showed me the location of the hernia. I was unable to feel the same " buldge " that he did but basically confirmed that it is there and the only way for it to be fixed is surgery.

He then expressed where the concerns potentially may lie in getting it repaired. First he made very clear that there is a possibility at at least 10% if not higher that there will be some type of nerve pain / numbness / lost feeling that may never return. He said it can range from here and there, to it being constant. He also warned about the potential to affect sexual simulation and pleasure. Stating that because of the nerve damage potentially I could lose some sensation and or nerves in that area. He also expressed the potential issues of blood flow to the penis as well after the surgery due to the scar tissue and what not forming in the area.

Now my main point and reason for the post and question is im looking to see from anyone who has had their inguinal hernia repaired what method and technique did you go with and how and what have your results been? Numbness? Pain? Lost of sensation? tightness? I am extremely worried about the outcome of having it done and having something long term or for the rest of my life happen. Seemingly there are pros to Laparoscopic like faster recovery, faster return to being active and what not but my main concerns and main worries are not so much about how long it will take me to get back on my feet, or to feel normal again. Shouldice seems to have a lot of postive things about it and the clinic is not far from me It is another option but I am also worried about it too. It is seemingly these daunting long term quality of life aspects that I am worried about and would like to be able to choose and procedure that is going to heal best, and leave me with the least amount of complications.

Any stories, information, experiences, anything you have id love to hear from you and get some knowledge for myself before exploring more in the near future with my family doctor. Thanks.

For some reason my entire neighbourhood and area around me has had the blue bins and yard waste picked up but a day later and still nothing for the garbage? They are closed on the weekend and unable to get into contact with and at this point is there any information anywhere on this? I dont care to leave garbage out by the curb for days on end and throughout the nights to get teared open. Anyone else in Oshawa experienced this, this weekend? Cheers.

Hi everyone i usually stick to the Biggie smallz bags from Tenzo as they rotate and are usually good quality and good price for everything when its all said and done. Curious if anyone has an postive experience with the Ice Cream Sundae Collective OZ from northern canna that is worthy of spending the extra to get? Ive only seen maybe a review or two on here and was not sold completely. When i last had permanent marker it was decent to me, just felt like weed. I smoke A LOT so tolerance is fucked. So sometimes the highs can all just feel the same which is why I dont mind the tenzo bags because they get you right and dont burn your pockets too much! Let me know if anyone has any experience with the OZ and if it was worth the money and the smoke for a whole 28gs. Cheers.

Genuinely curious on how anyone plays and or enjoys playing any of the online content? I've played plenty of NBA games over the years and this year feels even worse then before. Trying out the triple threat park to get any of the rewards and to complete the daily tasks and its almost mind numbing playing. You basically play agasint whatever 3 6'9-7'5 players they have, who seemingly are faster then anyone you have and just runs from one side of the 3 point line to the other side and will just instantly shoot as soon as there is a half of a second of space and instant green. Its like there is nothing more to it. You stand right next to them smothering them defensively and then next second they are somehow across the court past you and is pulling up for another perfect green 3 from again a random 7 foot center.

Where is the enjoyment or anything in this? Even when trying to then do the same it is as if the game is moving in slow motion. Massive input delay making it feel like it takes 2 extra seconds when you move or do literally anything and yet you watch the other side just instantly run around to spots and its practically impossible to follow them and then yet you have so much input delay you cant do a thing on offense.

Compared to literally any offline mode this game actually feels pretty good and enjoyable, yet as soon as your online its like the most mind numbing thing, Oh cool 7'2 Kareem just ran around the 3 point line unable to be caught and then raises up to a perfect 40 footer 3 and lets do that x 7 times and such heavy input delay and feeling like your playing in molasses its fucking awful. How does anyone put up with it to get anything meaningful out of the rewards.
