Hello, I just got banned on Vinted, because small keychain was mistaken as a weapon by a bot...

So I sent a message that the ban is a mistake, and got answer that it will take 120 hours till the real human will check it out.

My question is, if there is a chance to get un-ban, or should I make a new account already
