I’m supposed to fly next Friday from Canada to Manila for three days, staying in Makati. I see there’s a flooding crisis. Will it be ok to travel?

My passport went to “being printed” today! Located in Vancouver, Canada. How long from when you saw that status update until “in-hand?”

My doctor put me on 0.25mg Ozempic for 1 month (weekly) then up to 0.5mg. I’m a weightlifter, don’t want to lose weight. On week two and definitely seeing impacts on my desire for alcohol/other substances.

My family doctor wants me to use Ozempic for substance use disorder. It would be 0.25mg for one month, and then an end dose of 0.50mg.

I’m a weight lifter, healthy weight, and definitely have some concerns and would to hear anybody’s experience!
