Concerta did not work for me at all so my doctor is moving me to elvanse, is there any particular effects to look out for?
Hiiii, I finally got medicated via CAMHS, first 18mg. Then up to 36, none of which had like, ANY effects on me, no anxiety no increased focus or energy, lowk it was just making me nauseous and have headaches. This apparently should not happen and my Dr moved me to elvanse 30mg which will be coming in a few days pharmacy be willing, he said had they more time they might've tried 54 and 72 BUT I'm like, very close to aging out of the camhs system so his reasoning is that if it's not giving any effect here it's unlikely to later.
So now that he's moved me up, is there any particular differences that elvanse provides that concerta doesn't?

Need advice with shoulder/head/neck connection situation + the head angle
its supposed to be a little exaggerated for...my purposes (hence the chest and such) BUT the shoulder and the attatchment/angle of the head has been giving me grief for a WHILE (as well as the face but thats always hard for me when its not the focus) can you helppppppp.
