Dinner with great ambience recs

Hi! I’m going to PC this summer for my bachelorette. I’m looking for a restaurant for a dinner followed by a night out. My fav restaurants have a great lively ambience, usually dimly lit with music. We will be dressed nicer as it’ll be our last night!

I’ve seen mixed reviews about restaurants on main on various Reddit threads. Open to any recs with a good ambience! TYIA!

First dose of Rhapsido already hive free

I don’t want to jump the gun and get my hopes up, but I took my first dose of Rhapsido this morning and was hive free for the first time in MONTHS within a few hours. Not even Xolair and prednisone have been able to get the hives to go away completely.

For some context, my CIU/CSU is autoimmune and I’ve been struggling every day for three and a half months. I went on Xolair in April and either got worse or plateaued. After my third dose my allergist said if I wasn’t improving in a week we’d switch me to dupixent. I saw great things about Rhapsido and was wanting faster relief than another biologic shot since my wedding is in October. My drs were fine with that and got Rhapsido approved with my insurance today as well!

Again, trying not to get my hopes up since the nature of hives is to come and go, but this is the first time I’ve felt hopeful in months! Will update if things get better/worse

Dupixent vs Rhapsido for autoimmune CSU?

Just got my third dose of Xolair and have been getting progressively worse since the second dose. Had to go back on on steroids for angioedema and it wasn’t effective. My allergist said if things aren’t improving in week, they want to switch me to dupixent because I shouldn’t be getting worse and I’m no longer responding to prednisone.

Curious if people with autoimmune CIU/CSU have had success with dupixent or rhapsido? I’d like to talk to my doctor about both options.

(For context my bloodwork shows normal ige levels and positive for autoimmune indicators, but nothing high enough to be a diagnosable autoimmune disease)

Hives on Xolair - will it ever stop?

In April I was diagnosed with chronic idiopathic urticaria. My bloodwork shows that it’s autoimmune.

Last week I got my second shot of 300 mg Xolair. Im taking two Allegra twice a day and 2 Pepcid twice a day. I’m getting the shots every 4 weeks. After my first shot I still had hives, but there was a week and a half period in the month where the hives were pin pricks and would go away by noon after taking my antihistamines. In the week leading up to my second shot, I was getting more hives that weren’t responsive to the antihistamines.

I got my second shot last week and was hive free for 24 hours, and ever since then I’ve been getting more and more hives every day. They’re not responsive to the antihistamines. It seems like a lot of people have relief after these shots and sometimes have breakthrough hives here and there.

Does anyone else have hives every day on Xolair? How long did it take for them to go away completely? (Or nearly completely)? I know it’s only been 2 doses but dang this sucks

Our wedding is on a Friday. Our wedding is in my home town. My fiancé and I live 4 states away, and his entire side will have to drive 7 hours or fly 1.5-3 hours. His side of the guest list is huge because it was largely driven by his parents who are based in a different state (and their guest list of friends and families are based states away from the venue as well)

We’re trying to recalibrate our budget because some financials have changed. (Save the dates have already gone out). My question is what were people’s experience with out of town guests RSVPing?? For context many of these out of town guests aren’t close with the bride or groom and were largely courtesy invites by the groom’s mom.
