What are the best procedural episodes that go outside the box?

Maybe it's for production reasons, maybe certain casts or sets weren't available, or maybe the writers just wanted to try something different. The episode just does something unexpected, flips the script. Maybe there's a single focus on one character or maybe they travel to a different location that they never return to again. Maybe it's just more experimental in format. Some can be really poorly executed but some are genuinely good and fresh. What are your favorite episodes that break out of the formula of the show?

[TOMT][VIDEO]Some creepypasta about a cute "computer friend" that takes over the person's computer

The video I think was somewhat recent (past 10 years?) and it all plays out on the person's computer screen. They downloaded a "friend" type of game/app to chat with and then the thing starts being really needy and controlling the computer. It's got some ARG elements I think. Sorry it's vague, I know this is a somewhat common genre. The friend had a cute name that sounded like it could be a real product (it's not called something.exe or whatever).

Check out Kane Parsons other project The Oldest View

Hi, since Kane Parsons' other series is such a success, I just wanted to recommend The Oldest View that you might not have heard of. It's much shorter than Backrooms material, not as sprawling, but it's got a richly thematic story. The baffling architecture and liminal spaces couldn't be improved on, and the rolling giant is quite a melancholy figure. The whole thing is only about 75 minutes if you skip the last video. The last video is just footage of the site where the mall was and I didn't get much out of that.

But seriously go watch! https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLVAh-MgDVqvAwoFF5hJmtRrx86Yw-pdN1

[TOMT]Youtube series about a liminal game

It is not the Backrooms! It's a playthrough of a game, except I don't think it was ever a real game. But in the game the player explores this long boardwalk over the ocean and there's a radio that gives hints. Another section is a long empty parking lot. I think later in the game it's a cave. I seem to remember liking the overall story but I can't remember the name of it so please help!

Best workout fitness app

Hi, just looking for a fitness app with NO real people. I want one with just cartoons or pictograms demonstrating the exercise. Something that rewards short bursts of activity (do 10 pushups, here's a gold star - something like that). Don't necessarily care about progress tracking or any social features or anything like that. Has anyone encountered one like this? I don't care if it's free or paid if it's decent quality.

What superhero shows handle secret identity the best?

Old or new is fine, although I prefer the older style bad guy of the week versus something more complex or serialized. But I really like the aspect of the secret identity, superhero protecting loved ones, etc. Best example (although a movie) is the Tobey Maguire Spiderman movies. I'd also say Smallville except that doesn't quite count because Clark hasn't yet committed to his hero destiny. Worst example is something like The Flash (CW) where pretty much everyone in his life knows early on. Animated or live action is okay. Doesn't need to have super powers either just as long as there's some aspect of the double life.
