Syringe filter question
I have searched through a gazillion videos but always wonder: once I make liquid culture and I wanna pull it into syringes for storage, do we use the injection port for that process? Or the red ‘syringe filter?’ I’ve never seen the filter port used in a video, but the fact that it’s called a syringe anything makes me wanna double check, lol!

I never thought I’d ever post a pic and ask ‘is this contam?’ Lol, but here we are. First time growing this strain, first time mixing in a littler vermiculite… but the individual kernels don’t look connected at all. It’s like the kernels are all coated individually (inoculated from a spore syringe). Thoughts?
