Coherent breathing very calming for my body, less for my mind

Hi. When I do coherent breathing (5.5 in 5.5 out) for 20-30 minutes, my body gets realllly calm. However, my mind not so much. Is there a reason for this? And are there any other techniques I should try, that maybe work better for my mind? Thanks!

Pain just numb or actually reduced? & gym on microdose

Hi. I’m a male, 31 years old. My body generally hurts quite a bit, at different body parts. My body is just really sensetive and I’m really injury-prone. I go to the gym 1 time a week, because my body simply can’t handle more than that. 4 days a go, I decided to take a microdose of psilocibin. Not for the pain at all, but because of my depression and low energy. I have microdosed before for like a few months, but this was like 8 years a go, so I don’t remember a lot of it. So now out of nowhere I decided to try it again because I felt bad. So I drove to the store, bought a starterspack, and took 0.25gram of fresh truffles. My mood and energy obviously improved big time, like I was hoping. So I went to the gym, and felt reallly confident. My power and confidence was way above what it normally would be, so went wayyy harder in the gym than I normally would/could do. I had no pain at al during my workout, which I normally do have. So for a moment I was like: I probably gonna have a lot of pain tomorrow, but hopefully I didnt injury myself with this heavy workout. However; next day (no dose day): no pain at all. The day after that (also no dose): still no pain. So it seems like the pain is either still numbed from my microdose from 3 days a go, or maybe the microdose relaxed my muscles so much that they got less tense or something maybe? Anyone else experienced something like this or has a theory about this? And anyone else LOVES going to the gym on a microdose as well?! Can’t wait to do it again next week, I loved it!!
