I’m currently doing a coolant flush and I found a leak in an odd spot meaning idk why or how it’s leaking now and wasn’t before because I didn’t even touch that area. This also isn’t the oil pan incase it looks that way, this is a 2001 Monte Carlo ss. I think it’s the bottom of the engine but I’m not sure pease help

In this picture is what I thought was the radiator drain petcock but it’s on both sides of the radiator? For the two close up, the ones with an arrow is the passenger side while the other close up is obviously the driver side. Ihave a 2001 Monte Carlo ss and the radiator doesn’t seem to have a drain petcock, I went out and got three gallons of the right coolant and a radiator flush, I couldn’t find an anti rust sealer and protector, I have three gallons of distilled water but I can’t find my peacock to drain it. Originally i took to to someone else because of this issue but I don’t think they drained it at all since my low coolant level is still on and I now have a check engine light I have no idea what he did he said his card was down so I had to pay cash and he doesn’t provide documentation so it’s whatever.
