This would be a C 200 DC I’m having a malfunction with my two bottom USB-C ports. Can someone please help? Is there a remedy or is this a hardware malfunction? I tried resetting it also tried resetting the system software no luck

I’ve already replaced the control module next I’m gonna pull the radiator temperature switch out and bypass it to see if I at least have high speed. I pulled a few 16 but I have to physically kickstart the fan. Does that mean it’s a bad resistor?
