I am recreating my prior posts (2) to redact personal information and images that many thought would just fuel the continued horrific treatment of a single person that has long provided commentary on the Lively/Baldoni saga.

IMO being banned from saying a persons name is an unserious 'solution' to a much larger issue of personal behaviour choices, disregard of Sub and Reddit Rules and cannot and will not ever stop determined individuals from seeking to harm them. But, I get the concerns and respect the POV of all that voiced them. IMO Group action and vigilance at the subreddit level IMO are needed to stop these horrific posts from appearing.

But, for those that reached out I hear your issues (even if I don't agree) and redacted but kept the framework of the disgusting post from a long time BAD ACTOR who IMO deserves to be banned YET AGAIN from Reddit so those that doubt this issue of ongoing harassment exists can see the proof with their own eyes. IMO without group action at the subreddit level to report these kinds of posts and comments, nothing will ever change and TAG and the others who undertake these coordinated campaigns will continue to do this not only on reddit but on other subreddits as well.

THIS GARBAGE POST ENDED UP IN MY FEED THIS AM (I don't subscribe to that subreddit) and the fact that such HATE and NONSENSE is happening weeks after case settlement tells me that what is going on now isn't necessarily about the prior case but possibly part of testing tactics and strategy for future use. Its also I believe testimony to the fact that hate fuels more hate and I think we have many around who just come to get their daily 'fix' of hate.

This is why I believe everyone needs to get together, be aware of comments that aren't genuine or are repetitive or come from low/negative karma posters and hit the comments that are designed to derail true conversation, even where folks disagree! These posts aren't designed to do anything other than derail conversation, create chaos and impact SEO, foster hate and doubt, spew propaganda to support an agenda and reinvent/rewrite history. I hope people can see this more clearly now as I know many don't agree that this is happening.

There can be NO DOUBT that the hate and aggressive actions to suppress speech continue here and the overall effect of what has been going on recently IMO can only stop if folks are diligent and report such activity when they see it. Many casual visitors here deny what has been going on and my purpose for posting this DISGUSTING POST by a KNOWN BAD ACTOR is to show that this activity is happening and in recent weeks has been accelerating IMO.

The issue of what has been going on in this small subreddit IMO is also beyond a single person as there have been MANY people who have been threatened, harassed and doxxed over the past two years and these issues continue and the purpose of the post was to make those aware that weren't aware that only subreddit awareness and coordinated action will make this subreddit what it used to be before the intentional targeting, distractions and nonsense non-serious repetitive comments continue to flood in.

The reason for the original post was NOT to hurt/harm a single CC (as many good people have been hurt and harmed over the past 2 years) but to point out that the vicious and seeming unstoppable harassment and doxxing continues and that action is needed.

To preserve parts of the earlier post I have included my responses to those that disagree with the post below as a single comment. I believe that silence as a response to HATE an BREAKING REDDIT RULES is NOT THE ANSWER.

I hear your concerns and even if I disagree that mentioning a persons name has any impact on anything, I respect your collective views and so removed the involved names. IMO the issues present here go WAY beyond a single CC who has been treated horrifically for 2 years now and who continues to be targeted. The situation of the treatment of the CC no doubt has entered the criminal realm as having been doxxed myself I well know that law enforcement and court action is needed to TRY and stop the behaviour but even then the results of law enforcement IMO are quite mixed.

The issues present here IMO relate to an existing small subreddit community and to other small subreddit communities who in the future will no doubt be similarly targeted by the identical well organized thuggish behaviour we have ALL sadly witnessed over the past two years and which tragically continues today and is harming this previously peaceful subreddit.

IF anyone has some better ideas on how to address what continues to happen on this subreddit then please post ideas below.

NO PROOF THAT ANY DAILIES WERE DELETED. Bryan Freedman went on frenzied press tour spinning another false narrative AFTER the settlement because he knew there would be zero consequences. Team Baldoni had the “DAILES” info for over a year and would not have used it at trial because it can easily be explained away.

Based on the publicly available testimony, there does not appear to be evidence that Blake Lively herself personally contacted Sony and said "delete the dailies" Even Ange Giamatti said, “nothing urgent”. It is highly unlikely that Blake would have directly contacted Ange at Sony, who likely did not know the name of the legal representative making the request, so categorized it as “Blake asked”.

These discussions predated any litigation. Also, in September 2024 the online smear campaign was in full swing and I’m sure Blake Lively had no idea what was going on and wanted to ensure the birthing video was not leaked.

The stated concern was reportedly sensitive footage, including material related to the film's birthing scene, and discussions about how that footage would be stored, protected, or handled. This was about protecting her IMAGE not destroying “evidence”. There was no litigation at the time the request was made – July 2024, September 2024, and November 2024... and was in accordance with her nudity rider.

Harbours explanation of his 'behaviour quirks' are 'oddly' reminiscent of claims from another recent party who was co-owner of a production studio in a WELL KNOWN litigation (wink wink) who claims to have been 'wrongfully accused' but with no submitted discovery information to support it and whose 'stans' claim he was a 'victim of a Hollywood power play' by others. His attorney had always claimed that his weak client who co-owned the production studio had his film production 'stolen from him'.

Note: No disparagement here about mental illnesses and their impact in the workplace. Nope. None. Issue is how this person imo in this article (and those that are well known to folks here in a recently settled litigation) chose to frame the 'mental health issues' in the context of treatment of cast and crew.

The TikTok attorney who has a convenient grasp of the truth and being honest with subs about connections to parties to the case (you know who....the clown with the blue and red face make up) and makes SLEEPY content is now talking about the latest conspiracy that Blake Lively was in mediation in CA and pushed into that process by her attorneys who were afraid of being sued by her for malpractice. Right.

Apparently this latest conspiracy all started/ended with comments from Lyin Bryan BFF Mark Geragos) on the MK Podcast on Youtube (another BIG surprise (not) for this well worn gambit by Freedman and Kelly). I decided to post content from 2 folks I believe to BOTH be deplorable (Megyn Kelly and Mark Geragos) as yet another example of how it was NEVER enough for Freedman as directed by Steve Sarowitz and Justin Baldoni imo, to just go after Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds and anyone that had the personal courage to support them.

Nope. Never Enough. Not by a long shot as the smear and retaliation continues on at a fever pitch to this day imo. Sarowitz and Baldoni and Heath ordered up maximum 'pain and suffering' and that is what the Freedman/Nathan network has delivered now for two years and this latest Geragos conspiracy discussed in the blog post is just another installment.

Instead Freedman and Sarowitz and their hired guns Melissa Nathan and Jed Wallace and his dark web contractors wanted to inflict maximum possible pain and impact the personal business investments of Lively and Reynolds via the Court of Public Opinion and a paid for network of CCs and Reddit hacks on coordinated and controlled subreddits each day spew the provided talking points. Thing is Freedman/Nathan/Wallace seeded the mob but notw can't shut it down as its feeding on itself as its created its own world that is reminiscent of "Lord of the Flies"! Recently they have tried to bring their world to this subreddit and all I can say is, "I DON'T LIKE IT"!

Its also sadly been a longstanding 2 year campaign to discredit the Lively legal team too and it started with the CC Peppa Pig CLOWN (orange hair clown meme that looks like a human LEGO-you know the one that got ALL my posts erased!) going after Esra Hudson on rinse and repeat on such non issues as Van Zan and the CC subpoenas.

These CCs with legal licenses that they were willing to pimp out to say the things that Freedman and his band of legal thugs were unable to say due to the admonishment made to Freedman in the first hearing of the Lively v Wayfarer case. And these TikTok attorneys pimping out their legal licenses doing their paid for 'Legal PR' also spent a good amount of time going after the Lively team with a particular focus on Esra Hudson and eventually Sigrid McCawley.

Freedman evaded censure in SDNY imo as he put his words into the mouth of his clients such as Sage Steele, Perez Hilton, Billy Bush, Megyn Kelly, and his network of paid for TikTok attorneys. This continued also with passive aggressive comments and psychological assessments "even though I'm not a doctor" on MK Podcast by Lyin Bryan himself as he coloured outside the lines of the Judge Liman rules for nearly 2 years and taunted his opposition to report his statements.

Its was all shameful and wrong when this all started in 2024 and sadly we are seeing it continue still and its now devolving into conspiracy and trying to derail legislation in NY State that could help survivors.

Freedman imo always tells on himself and that is also why I posted about this article regarding suing attorneys. I very much wonder if Freedman pushed out his bestie Mark Geragos to chat with his client Megyn Kelly to start this latest conspiracy about suing attorneys for malpractice as he himself might be quite afraid (and his sucker insurers TERRIFIED) of just what might happen with the PR exercise of the filing of the Wayfarer v Lively counterclaim? I've long wondered about the dynamics and underlying agreements in place for the wacky group filing of people with quite disparate interests and so perhaps in future months we might hear about what might be going on behind the scenes regarding some likely very unhappy Freedman/Fritz/Schuster/Shapiro/Bach clients! This all would most likely play out in mediation in CA as I don't believe even Freedman would have agreed to a group filing that made zero sense from day 1 absent a mediation clause.

I do wonder if its partly to do with removing scrutiny from the MANY Freedman/TAG/MELISSA NATHAN (who did work for Jeffrey Epstein) AND Jed WALLACE many other litigations that are percolating along with rumours of at least 3 more to pop soonish.
