14.1 Lite Has Been Excellent

Just wanted to brag about how well 14.1 lite has been. After a couple hundred miles the random brake stabbing seems to be eliminated, the high speed highway swerve is 97% improved (a slight wobble here and there but night and day better). The only 2 things left are the parking logic issues and speed choices. Still makes terrible parking decisions but that seems to be fleet wide regardless of hardware. Still hate that it’ll go 20 over in hurry but max 7 over in standard. I want to go TEN over, period. Let me select that.

Who did candy red apple the best?

Ok I should have just said “red apple” not “candy” as I think the GM is still in the same category despite the name.

I think this is the best Apple trio on the market.

When GM came out it moved into my top 3 but I have to admit the Alani ruby red has moved ahead of it with a uniquely sweet flavor. The Alani is over all smoother. The bloom is similar in smoothness and does taste similar to the ruby red but for some reason I can almost taste the apple cider vinegar in it. It might just be the fact that I know it has it and my brain tricks be into introducing a hint of the taste c (couple years ago I use to do a table spoon of ACV daily and don’t miss it).

Food Lion Ribeye Sales Are Awesome

Anyone else stock up on ribeyes when Food Lion has them for $9.99/lb? Seems to be about once every other month or so and lasts for a week. Here’s my haul from today. So far this year I’ve saved nearly $800 on ribeyes on this sale.

V14 Driving Profile Speeds are trash

I’ve always seen this was an issue with V14 but now that I’ve logged several hundred miles on 14 Lite I’ve gotta say these driving profile speeds are a JOKE. Hurry will run 75-80 in a 60 and Standard will not exceed 6-7 over in a 60. Then step up to a 70 zone and hurry won’t exceed 80 and standard will only go 4 over. I won’t subscribe another month until the user has more control because these behaviors either get you a ticket or get you ran off the road.

Each profile should allow the driver to select either speed or percentage for example on standard i could choose 10mph over speed limit as max and for hurry i could choose say 20% over speed limit max.

I dont care what Tesla wants for robotaxi because if someone responsible is in the driver seat they should have control over the speed.

14 Lite Parking is Trash

First drive resulted in curb rim when parking, next drive it parks a foot over the line. What kind of sick joke is this Tesla? The basic parking feature of a Kia blows this out of the water. It’s pathetic. And don’t even get me started on the brake jabs.

First drive with FSD 14 Lite - Brake Jabs and Curbed Rim

First drive just now 2020 Model Y. 15 minute drive about 9 miles. Drive was decent, didn’t honestly notice a difference but had a couple brake jabs for nothing at all, no shadows or anything. Got to destination, passed a front row spot and continued to a curb spot which it backed into and ended up curbing the front rim. Awesome 😔

I think this has become my #1 all time favorite energy drink. Such a smooth apple flavor. Think witches brew without the caramel and a crispier apple taste. The after taste is also really good. Also pictured, my carnivore breakfast 🥓

My Vitamin Shoppe Haul

Here’s my latest haul at Vitamin Shoppe.

Have only previously tried the Root Beer (love it and I’m not even a huge root beer fan).

So far I’ve tried the Fruit Punch and Strawberry Bubbalicious.

Fruit Punch: Maybe the best fruit punch flavored drink I’ve ever tried. I rarely ever go for fruit punch drinks but I always have to try any new flavors and I was seriously impressed. Very smooth and true to life flavor with no funky aftertaste.

Strawberry Bubbalicious: just meh, slightly better than regular version but something about it. I just don’t think the brain can handle a chewing gum flavor as a liquid drink. It’s a mind trick of some sort that just ruins it after the first sip.

Anxious to try the Grizzly brand.
