Tuesday Attempt
Tried a few different things: half Windsor knot and a pocket square. The tie is and old Calvin Klein I picked up decades ago because it was my favorite color.

Another big thanks to our tie brother u/linoleum79 for rehoming this tie! I’d been waiting for my brown check suit to come up in the rotation to give it a tie. Rich brown, sky blue, and bold paisley - checks all the boxes for me.
Have a great day and 250th 4th of July weekend!
Pulled the unmistakable Burberry plaid for my Wednesday pink.
Have a great day gents!
Aiming for a slightly conservative look but with a touch of interest beyond the usual safe choices (e.g., plain fabric shirt)
For those interested in the tie knot, it’s an Old Bertie knot. 🪢
Going conservative today, which for me means a small paisley.
Have a great day gents!
Surfing YouTube and came across a tie knot I wasn’t familiar with - the Old Bertie knot. Quintessentially British. Slightly asymmetrical, which I personally like. Fits my style. Anyone else ever tie this knot?
Have a great day gents!
Last year’s Christmas gift from the Mrs. I wanted a burgundy tie for this suit, and she found this vintage gem.
Have a great weekend gents!
Everyone knows my square game is lackluster. So, a huge THANK YOU to our fellow tie brother u/elmegthewise3 who sent me this square! I love the rich burgundy border color with blue tones in the paisley. I’m feeling squared away today.
Bonus pick of the shoes. I got a recommendation to try dark brown shoes with my light grey suit. I recently thrifted these (To Boot NY), gave them a good polish, and they look nearly new! Forgot to bar lace them though….
Have a great day gents!
David Donahue tie and Robert Talbott shirt.
Have a great day gents!
A light, summer paisley for this sunshiny day!
Have good one gents!
Love these shoes. Versatile, always look good, and the most comfy AEs I have.
My one “fa-so-nah-bla” tie, which I don’t “wear-so-much-ah” - my French is rusty, which is to say I do not speak French. Probably why I don’t have any “Hermes” ties because I I’d butcher the pronunciation and say it like Miss Piggy saying “Kermey”
Bonus pick today of the AEs just off the shine bench for the shoe guys in the group.
Off work the rest of the week - have a great day gents!
Not one that I pull often as orange isn’t my favorite or best color, but I thought I would give it a go.
Have a great day gents!
Has anyone gone through the process of obtaining a litigant's social media posts archived or preserved by the media sight (e.g., Facebook or X)? What's the general process / requirements and degree of difficulty in obtaining? I know the Litigant's Facebook username and some other basic information.
Robert Talbott floral to start the grind.
Have a great week gents!
Reached for the burgundy suit for casual Friday. I received this tie from our generous tie brother u/linoleum79 and I wore it previously with my blue suit and it worked great. But it nearly popped of the tie rack this morning as I was looking for a pairing for this suit.
Have a great weekend gents!
Could use some help…most regulars here know pocket squares are a blind spot in my wardrobe (working on it). I know the basic rules, and I attempt on occasion when I think a square will compliment but not completely match. Was on the fence about this one, and opted to try.
Which look is better - square or no square?
Thanks gents!
Pink RT tie with my brown, blue pinstripe suit.
Have a great day gents!
Gotta give another shout out to tie brother u/linoleum79 for including this vintage Dior Monsieur plum paisley/medallion tie in the gift package - wow!. The silk is wonderful, the pattern unique, and the color is just my game. It took a Prince Albert knot like a retriever to water - just perfect. 👌
Have a great day gents!!!
