Bought these off someone for £10 used literally twice but sold so cheap because of the plastic being cracked and mucked up. Is there anyway to remove the plastic?

I bought the empire Spartacus 2 in white and red 16oz for sparring. I hear so many people talking quite badly about empire but I absolutely love these gloves. The padding is soft and they’re very comfy. And this is coming from someone who’s owned flys, winnings, rival Guerrero. The whole lot.
