Looking for genuinely HARD/spicy Pilates on YouTube or an app

Does anyone have a YouTube mat or sculpt contemporary Pilates workout that is actually hard?

I take a lot of in-person Pilates Sculpt/Burn and mat classes, and I’m trying to find something for days I can’t make it to the studio. I also strength train heavy at the gym and occasionally box, so I’m looking for something that actually feels challenging, not just “hard” in the title.

Everything labeled “advanced,” “intense,” or “killer” that I’ve tried on YouTube ends up feeling pretty mild.
I’m especially looking for lower body/glutes, abs, or sculpt-style classes with high reps, minimal downtime, and enough intensity that I’m actually fighting for my life a little by the end. Light weights, ankle weights, bands, props, all good.

Also very open to an app if there’s one that consistently has genuinely challenging classes.
Basically looking for the closest thing to a spicy boutique mat class at home. Any specific instructors, videos, or apps?

Lean Recomp + History of Severe Urticaria: CJC/Ipa vs AOD vs MOTS-c vs Tesa?

39F, 5’6”, ~128 lbs. I lift heavy and do Pilates and boxing regularly. I eat very clean, prioritize protein, cook most of my food, don’t eat dairy or pork, very low sugar, and never eat junk food. This is not a case of living on garbage and looking for a peptide to compensate for it.

I’m already lean. My goal is body recomp, preserving/building glutes and lean mass while reducing overall body fat. And yes, I’m fully aware that spot reduction does not exist. I cannot choose where my body loses fat first. I’m talking about improving overall body composition, not magically deleting fat from one specific area.

I’m currently on tirzepatide and metformin and researching CJC-1295/ipamorelin, AOD-9604, MOTS-c and tesamorelin.

My actual question is about tolerability. I previously had a severe episode of chronic urticaria lasting roughly two months that required multiple ER visits. Because of that history, I’m particularly concerned about mast-cell/histamine reactions, systemic itching, hives, flushing or other immune-type reactions.

I’d especially like to hear from people who have actually used any of these compounds and have a history of urticaria, MCAS, histamine sensitivity or unusually reactive skin.

Which compound did you use? Any hives, itching or flushing? Did symptoms happen immediately or after repeated doses? Did they resolve after stopping?
