refund for lost service
Once again, you did "service" and stopped signal to my cable cards. off about 6pm last night, on about 10 am this morning. How can I get compensation for my lost video?

Another cablecard outage.

Hopefully we won't need so many teams in the future should anything else happen. Now there's a record though of what it took this time if it does though for us to follow on this platform.
