How to pay fees?
I know this sounds dumb but hear me out. I'm confused if the platform needs for time to enable the fees payment option. There's just one clickable link, that is "Withdraw application". Should I wait? Or is there an option that I'm not able to find myself. Please help me out. Also, I'm more interested in BA programme, for which I've not got a mail yet. Will I get a refund, if I later select BA over BSc ?

I'm creating a website to track all crimes that happen in India.
People forget. That's the problem. No solution for this. I'm thinking of a community-maintained database. I'm in process of creating a website where users can add any injustice they see. It is a non-profit and community maintained database. It's a dynamic platform so new features can be requested and added. A feature I'm thinking of is the YDCIDC movement(You don't care? I don't care) where the community can highlight celebrities who take no stand when their audience and supporters need them the most.

My caste certificate processing is taking time. I've got the state level caste acknowledgement. Can I submit that in the samarth portal and I'll show the real one during college visit? Also the smarth portal is not opening for some reasons. Please help, I'm very confused right now.

why so many updates daily?
