Item arrived one day late after expected delivery date. Buyer wants money back. Do they have a case?
Sent Priority mail express to a location less than 100 miles away on Tuesday 5/19 with a scheduled delivery date of Wednesday 5/20. It just sat in a facility for 24 hours and arrived the morning of 5/21, which is not my fault. I sent it in less than 30 minutes after their purchase, which was 2pm. They are now threatening to involve ebay because I did not uphold “my” delivery date. Do they have any grounds for an actual case? I did everything I could, a carrier delay/issue is not my fault!
