Skin suddenly feeling itchy/irritated after routine change + Duac?

So I've been doing my routine for a month and a half now:

Morning:

Miscellar clean > toner > hyaluronic serum > niacinimide > moisturiser

Evening:

Miscellar clean > toner > hyaluronic serum > niacinimide > retinol moisturiser

And have had no issues until now. I was recently prescribed some Duac cream for a patch of hormonal acne that won't go away, and the doctor just said use after your routine at night. I looked up stuff myself and it is reccomended to not use retinol and Duac at the same time (thanks doc) so my routine has changed to:

Morning:

Miscellar clean > toner > hyaluronic serum > niacinimide > retinol moisturiser

Evening:

Miscellar clean > toner > hyaluronic serum > Duac > moisturiser (decent amount)

I stay inside all day, so I figured using the retinol in the morning would be fine since I don't get UV rays. But recently I've been getting small itchy areas on my face, so I need to know what's causing it.

Any ideas what's causing it? And any suggestions for product usage order? And also maybe any other products that would be good in a routine for combination skin + hormonal acne?

So I've recently had my dosage upped to 40mg as my progress is good but not the best (hereditary high cholesterol) and I still have a lot of 20mg pills left over.

Would I be able to take 2 20mg at the same time to make 40mg doses? Or does it work differently? The pill name is Lipitor.

Ideally don't want to waste pills is all.

I wanna use MC (like using them in games) but also want to have an all-male team.

Have Baicang and all male A ranks, anyone know a team comp with them + MC that works? Doesn't need to be meta or anything just functional enough for all/most game content.
