#NOTICE

BAD is nominated for BEST MUSIC VIDEO at the 2026 Korean Grand Music Award which will take place November 7 and 8. ATEEZ will be performing and BAD has an excellent chance at winning Best Music Video! It would be the first time ATEEZ gets an award for their amazing visual storytelling!🤩

RESULTS

Competition was tough in Round 1 but we did well enough to move to the next Round!

1. Awake by CRAVITY
2. SWIM by BTS
3. This & That by Stray Kids
4. Boom Boom Boom by BOYNEXTDOOR
5. BAD by ATEEZ

DEBRIEF

Was this your first time voting? If yes, how was your experience? What was your favourite part? How did you keep it fun? Did you find anything difficult or confusing?

If you have voted before, how was it for you? Do you have tips and tricks to share with new voters?

If you haven’t voted but want to learn how, check out the guide below and ask questions in the comments!

Preparing for Round 2

KGMA voting is on the COOGOONG app (formerly FanCast) in two rounds. Round 1 voting is now closed; Round 2 voting is Sept 28 to Oct 10. Fan votes are 35% of the final decision, and the voting is NOT winner take all; nominees in second or lower still get points proportional to the votes they received. No votes are ever wasted!

Award news and guidance is well received on this subreddit so we actually have the numbers to give ATEEZ a strong boost. If we start collecting tokens now and aim for at least 30 votes each we might have a huge impact. 💪

Atiny Voting guide

How to collect:
— Download COOGOONG and create a free account (if you already had FanCast the app should already be updated to the new name.)
— Collect 💙 on the Free Shop tab:
•daily Attendance (10 💙 per day)
•watching ads (20 💙 per ad)
•playing games (range from 25 - 150 💙per level, depending on the game)
— 200 💙 = 1 vote
— Pro-tip: collect while listening to music or watching a movie, so you don’t get too bored or impatient. Remember, fandom is supposed to be fun so don’t stress over this!

How to vote:
—open the Coogoong app
—select Vote at the bottom menu and then select the KGMA widget at the top of page
—scroll to find the KGMA BEST MUSIC VIDEO category
—scroll to find BAD by ATEEZ and select Vote
—you will be prompted to select how many votes you want to place. 200 💙 = 1 vote.
—you can place a maximum of 100 votes at a time.
—Repeat as often as you can until the voting period is over!

ATEEZ FIGHTING! ATINY, KAJA!

Atiny just secured BAD’s 6th music show win and ATEEZ’s 2nd ever Inkigayo win more than 2 months after the album was released! There is nothing we can’t do when we do our best and work together. So proud to be on this pirate ship with all of you. 🥹🏴‍☠️

FRIEZEWEEK MCM50ANNIVERSARY

Did you know ATEEZ has NEVER won an award for their amazing music videos? It shocked me when I realized. But we now have the opportunity to change that.

BAD is nominated for BEST MUSIC VIDEO at the 2026 Korean Grand Music Award which will take place November 7 and 8. ATEEZ will be performing and, this time, ATEEZ has an excellent chance at winning. ATEEZ is STRONG on every award criteria because BAD is doing SO GOOD!

Jury Evaluation: San’s killing part viral, but the Korean entertainment industry is buzzing about the entire video. There was already significant coverage of Chase Infiniti being a guest star. Then as more people watched and fell in love, compliments have been pouring in about the make up, the styling, the intricate set-designs, the fun choreography, and the powerful performance. There is no music professional in Korea who hasn’t heard positive feedback about BAD.

Streaming: BAD has been charting on Melon for over 70 days, with over 12 million streams, and nearly 970,000 unique listeners. BAD has also been in the Top 10 of the Circle Weekly Digital Sales chart for the past 3 weeks!

Album Sales: Both the regular album version and POCA version of Golden Hour 5 are certified triple platinum! This puts GH5 well over the “Million Seller” threshold that many awards require!

Fan Voting: This is where we come in, Atiny. Fan voting accounts for 35% of the total score and we’re up against some very big and organized fandoms. But, just like ATEEZ, our story is one of consistent and effort and determination.

KGMA voting is on the COOGOONG app (formerly FanCast) in two rounds. Round 1 voting is open now until Sept 12; Round 2 voting is Sept 28 to Oct 10. The two rounds are weighed equally and votes do not roll over. So we need to go hard both round.

— 200 💙 = 1 vote
— Pro-tip: collect while listening to music or watching a movie, so you don’t get too bored or impatient. Remember, fandom is supposed to be fun so don’t stress over this!

How to vote:

I hope this little overview helps! This viral moment is not a fluke—it’s confirmation of what we already knew! ATEEZ is amazing and it’s about time they got the awards they deserve.

🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️Uri baeneun pyeondoroman ga, hey! ATINY FIGHTING!

Note: ATEEZ is also nominated for a Bonsang (Best Music/Artist) and San and Wooyoung are both nominated for a K-Wave Popularity award. If you have extra hearts, feel free to vote in these categories as well.
