Fibrosis - MRI - Post liposuction
Hello,
I have had liposuction on my stomach and back 7 months ago. I have fibrosis everywhere. I am in constant pain.
Can someone tell me their opinion about my MRI results?
Findings
Scar-like bands are present circumferentially within the middle layer of the subcutaneous fat of the abdominal wall and the lumbogluteal regions.
These areas are less than one centimeter thick and around one centimeter thick in places, with some areas being slightly thicker at the level of the lumbar regions. They are non-enhancing and show a signal similar to that of muscle on all sequences, with an appearance suggestive of post-treatment fibrotic/scar tissue changes.
In some areas, these scar-like bands show spiculated/adhesive extensions toward the skin, immediately beneath the skin, and toward the underlying aponeurotic plane (for example, the left anterior abdominal wall or the upper right gluteal region).
There is no mass effect and no fluid component suggestive of a possible abscess or hematoma.
Conclusion
Post-treatment scar-like changes within the middle layer of the subcutaneous fat of the abdominal wall and lumbogluteal regions.

Botched and painful stomach
I regret this liposuction so much.
My stomach is so stiff and painful. I have fibrosis all over. 360 fibrosis.
Plus I look deformed. I really don’t know what to do to get rid of the fibrosis.
I tried LPG, Endermologie, RF, ultrasound, cupping, massages.
At the moment I found a therapist from Colombia who is doing agressive massages. It is painful. She tries to remove the adhesions.
What would you consider? What should I do?
It has been 7 months. The stiffness is so uncomfortable. I think repair surgery could make the fibrosis worse, right?

Fibrosis - Constant Pain - Living Hell post lipo
Hello, I am at 6 months post lipo. My stomach is full of fibrosis all over. I am in constant pain.
I tried RF, ultrasound m, LPG endermologie, massages etc…it is not improving.
What should I do? Do you think I have been botched?

This is the result of a stomach lipo. It has been 4 months. I am in constant pain 24/7. I have a very hard lump above my belly button. It feels like fibrosis. I have had lymphatic massages, Endermologie LPG, ultrasound, RF, physiotherapy, etc..I have had so many treatments.
The hard lump prevent me from sitting. My stomach looks terrible when I sit. The way it folds is so abnormal.
I had very little fat to start with and now my stomach looks disfigured.
Anyone has any idea on what I should do next? Am I going to remain in constant pain? It hurts so much. What do you think about the looks?
The surgeon says that it is perfect.
