Apple brought Air pods, we got value for money alternatives in a year from the likes of Oneplus, Realme, Boat etc. The tech became cheaper.

My friend was recently diagnosed with an illness. The next day she took HDFC health insurance.
However she didn't disclose her illness, because at that time it was not confirmed. It got confirmed after a week from policy issuance.
Doctor said that after 6 months, they will help in disclosing the illness as recently diagnosed, so that the illness came after policy issuance.
Is it true?
Because the medication cost something like 2.25L more expensive when admitted in hospital compared to retail outsourcing. In hospital they charge MRP but when sourced from OPD it's 60% less. The same medicine, the same hospital, the same hospital OPD.
These Mfs weren't aware that we were admitting in the hospital, thus they shared the real price in OPD.
This is day light roberry, but we wanted to admit in the hospital only because the doctor promissed to help us in Insurace that the illness was diagnosed later.
What are the issues we might face in the future ?

I used to use Macbook pro M3 pro [18/512]as work laptop and I never knew it had fans until recently after 2 years of usage [as they never turned on] - chrome, edge, all office apps used to be open always.
Inspired by this I bought Macbook pro m5 [16/512] as personal device.
However the fans are constantly turning on. Not sure what is the issue.
Currently it's summer and the temperatures vary around 29-40 a day.
Based on the discussions in this sub, I found that I have discrepancies in my credit report and I raised a case. Now, if I am correct they are offering the compensation. But I am not sure about getting it.

I was from Big4. 5 YOE
I had an offer from a product based company (40% hike) - leader in their domain.
I had offers from [another Big4 (50%hike), a kind of startup(60% hike), WITCH companies (60% hike) ].
In the end I got an offer from a mid-size company, kind of GCC. They were offering permanent Remote opportunity with (55% hike). After speaking to the employes and the director. I got a good vibe and decided to move with this. However offer letter was not released yet, it's in approval stage but got proposal letter.
I though I will get the offer letter, I really trusted the director and the HR. Thus I rejected all the other offers by my LWD.
Fast forward today, I don't have an offer and the HR says it's in final approval stage. I am jobless since 2 days.
Either it's going to teach me a lesson which I will never forget or make me happy for standing on my belief [For me it was hard to say that I am joining the company eventhough I clearly know I am not joining - Thus I declined many offers and didn't appear for many interviews]
Nevertheless, I can still go to market and get an offer, I am confident about that but I am losing time and money.

New offers range from 28.6 to around 34.
