Let's just say this has a great mixture of both classic and modern ministry and maybe even revolting rocks that may be reminiscent of both the classic ministry albums of "The Land" and "The Mind", especially with the burned out chants in which remind me of the songs "Breathe" and maybe "Thieves". This song is some of the best compositions they have put out in years, and it is also reminiscent of "The Squrriely Years", which is also some of their best compositions they have put out in years, and you can tell having Paul Barker has a big influence on bringing that classic ministry sound back because Both Al Jorgensen And Paul Barker basically is Ministry and when they are together theirs no stopping them and i look foward to the rest of the album!
I dont know if paul barker was on this song or not
Tripp Eisen has posted the instrumental and demo version of My Destruction on his youtube🤘
It seems their final album was up for pre-orders on Cleopatra Records however it sold out immediately but hopefully it becomes available soon as I remember i pre-ordered The Squirrelly Years and it randomly showed up in my mail as a surprise and got that album sooner than most people and that album did not disappoint
You can tell it's definitely from the start of the war sessions, but I like the project regeneration version a little more and that's in unbiased opinion, because the record label, for some strange reason, never fully realized it along with the other 2 tracks: "something of my own" and" bring you down" and the other reason they kinda had to rework it because they were facing legal issues with Tripp Eisen so we can't make the original band members look like the bad guys here and hearing this doesn't change my views or complexion of them, but thanks for sharing it as I've always wanted to hear the original versions of the songs aforementioned🤘
Welp im not a fan of what this documentary this matt Zane Guy is doing in portrayal the surviving band members as the bad guys and it will not change my views and complexion of them as they are good guys I met them 3 times back stage,
however im only interested in the music and for some who did not know on the project regeneration volume 1 album features 3 songs from the Experimental Start a war album that were never fully realized and nearly unfinished but im definitely excited to hear the original versions of hollow and potentially "something of my own" and "Bring you down".
This guy wants to trash the last 3 surviving members of the band and Xer0 one of Wayne static's longtime friends but some may ask did he ask Wayne or tera Wray was it okay to release this documentary an the event that they were to both pass away??? nope and yea sure Wayne and Tera wanted this documentary to come out but he never asked them was it okay to release or do this an the event if they were to pass away unexpectedly??? for me this whole situation is disrespectful to the fanbase, the band members, and wayne's family members and some of us Diehard fans.... Good Luck Matt Zane Redbud
Im Blown away by how damn good this song truly is and its absolutely amazing and the Guitar solo is facemelting indeed a very memorable song. Its a Great Combination of old school and modern Anthrax sound and Joey Coming back into this band was the best thing that could've happened especially after back to back Masterpieces in the albums of "worship music" and "For All Kings" Good Work Guys🤘🔥🤘
