Am I crazy

So tell me this isn't LAZY AF.

We prep all cheese in new cambros. No reusing bins, however the assistant manager who is so freakin lazy seems to think it's OK to grab a chunk of cheese out of the newly prepped cambro, and toss it in the old container in the line..

This is lazy right? She definitely just doesn't want to clean that cheesy cambro (Always does this right before the end of their shift)

Any tweak to show date while timers are active?

Normally there is date displayed here. Whenever I have a timer active it does not show it.. Any tweak that can change this?
