Just a draft, but I’ve managed a workable XI with Fernandes and Haaland with two subs likely to play in case of injury. But I’m wondering if Semenyo and Palmer will combine for more points than Fernandes on his own, given that I have no other attacking mids in midfield and will essentially be praying for DEFCON to make up for a lack of goals. Thoughts?
was already running a little behind so i decided to get an uber rather than the bus to the train station. timer stayed at 3 minutes for approximately 15 minutes as my driver finished whatever he ordered in the mcdonald’s car park. missed my train by 5 minutes.
I love folk, shoegaze, electronica, hyperpop, and a little metal (though there’s seemingly no rhyme or reason to the metal i do or do not like).
Whilst I like music that pushes boundaries to a degree, I also love emotion and melody - I do not like Swans, or Daughters, or anything that essentially boils down to ‘misanthropic man shouts tunelessly above discordant noise’. The tortured artist trope is very boring to me at this point, and only Iowa remains as a relic of the era where I was more partial to that sort of thing.

re-did my favourite album list with a self-imposed rule of having each artist featured only once, and it was fun seeing it come together and re-listening to the albums that shaped me to figure out what goes in those now free spots.
what changes in yours? how many spots open up, and what fills them?
not gonna be AS horrific by any stretch. range seems to hard cap at 20m - anything after that was really inconsistent. but within and including 20? ZAP
