Says I missed my block even though I scanned and had my package in my hand.
Kind of a long story this was the first time some bullshit happened with flex. I had a 2:30 to 4:00pm block. I scan my id at 2:30 and go to pick up my packages. There was one missing and the one that was in the cart said was missing on my itinerary. I called support driver support he said he fixed it and to go drop off that one package that I had. I get to my car and the flex app says return package to station. I did and then it said I missed my block on my schedule. Tried calling support but they won’t call me back. Now it’s not showing up at all on my schedule. And my calendar doesn’t saying anything about it being a missed block. Am I fine now? Or am I still not gonna get paid.
