ART Partner Visa Appeal Help

Hey everyone,

Hoping to get some insight or hear from others who had or having their application being reviewed by ART (formerly AAT) appeal process for a Partner Visa refusal.

Long story short: we applied back in late 2021, but got a refusal in mid-2023 because our initial evidence lacked enough context (we did it ourselves without any help, massive lesson learned there). We immediately got a lawyer and lodged our appeal in May 2023.

I know the official stats say 50% of cases are taking around 2 years and 11 months, and 95% take close to 4 years. Based on that, I'm expecting our turn to come up sometime around mid-to-late 2026.

For anyone who has recently gone through a hearing or had their case reviewed, how did it go for you?

Hi guys,

Looking forward to switch to sarms instead of actual steroid because I will try to conceive a child start of next year and steroid takes quite a long time to recover after pct.

Since I've been off my 2nd cycle for 6 months, I'm thinking of switching to sarms, after my last cycle during my cut and maintenance I kept getting injuries. So I need something to prevent me from injuries + recover faster.

What's the best cutting cycle for sarms? Planning to do it for 3 months. I have Rad140 in mind.

I love cars but hate them at the same, could someone please help me, any advice would be helpful before handing the car to the mechanic.

Before i found out there was a short that fried the oem flasher relay, i replaced it with led flasher relay and worked normally. After that i was testing both indicator they work fine then when i wiggled the right indicator wire, it turned off the right indicator and i realised theres a short in the right indicator headlight (it was touching the frame, was maybe cut because of the fiction) I recrimped and taped it tight and it went back to normal (tested on hazard light), but when i used the right indicator it trigger both side like hazard light but the left indicator works fine.

I have tried to traced the wires and wiggled it to see if theres any other shorts that fused the wires together. But no luck finding it, i have tried unplugging the side marker, front headlight indicator and rear indicator which still blinking both sides.

Fuses are fine, but it's digging my head in as I cant find the culprit.

Any advice would be super helpful. My car is 1999 Nissan Silvia S15.

I parked my car in my apartment's guest parking (I didnt know it was a bad spot), which there was calcium deposit (I assumed so) dripping from the ceiling and got onto my car. I have tried using vinegar (i think it was softening it off then i used a plastic scalper to roll it off). Is there any other liquid i can use to wipe it off?
