Disclosure Day: Too Good To Be True

Steven Spielberg's obsession with aliens has compelled us many times to think about the potential relationship between humans and aliens in the future.

What are your thoughts about it?

My Best Scene of BBT

No matter how many times I watch all the seasons and episodes, the noble speech will always remain my favorite and I still get choked.

What is your best scene??

My brain keeps replacing Iain Armitage with Jim Pasrson!!

Has anyone else ever felt like they see Jim Parsons' face instead of Iain Armitage's while watching Young Sheldon? 😄 It's as if Jim's mannerisms and expressions are so iconic that your brain automatically overlays them onto young Sheldon. Once you notice it, you can't unsee it! 😂

The Cute Version of Big Bang Theory

POV: Every character in the Big Bang Theory feels like a child in an adult's body. Maybe that is the reason we all try to find that little joys from all these characters with their childlike innocence.

What do you think...Do you also feel like that??

Teach You A Lesson | Korean Drama | Netflix

Teach You A Lesson is one of the best Korean dramas released this year. If you have already seen it, what are your thoughts on it?

Does a vigilante-style justice against school bullies and corrupt administrator should be the way in today's modern education or was it too much to digest and unrealistic?

What are your thoughts on this K-drama...

Why it is important to bend towards spirituality in today's chaotic world!!

Spirituality is not being religious. It is all about believing in something with all your heart. It can be doing something you love, you believe in and be 100% sure about what you believe in. It is the only hook that can ground you when you are surrounded with so much around you. That is your safe zone and you only are responsible for that.

People who quit keto and later returned to it: what made you come back?

I've noticed that many people try keto, stop after a few months, and then eventually return to it.

For those who left keto and later started again:

  • What made you stop the first time?
  • What diet or eating style did you switch to?
  • What made you decide to come back?
  • Was your second keto experience different from your first one?
  • If you've tried multiple diets, what keeps bringing you back to keto specifically?

I'm interested in hearing real experiences rather than success stories only. Both positive and negative perspectives are welcome.

Thanks!

Has anyone successfully stayed on keto for 6+ months? What helped you stick with it?

Hi everyone,

I'm considering starting a keto diet mainly for fat loss and better energy levels. I've read a lot of success stories, but I've also seen people mention that keto can be difficult to maintain long-term.

For those who have stayed on keto for 6 months or longer:

  • What made it sustainable for you?
  • Did you experience any major side effects in the beginning?
  • How do you handle social events, eating out, and cravings?
  • Have you maintained your weight loss after reaching your goal?
  • Is there anything you wish you knew before starting?

I'd really appreciate hearing both positive and negative experiences. Thanks!
