Would you regard this as a sign of disorganisation within a department?

I have a face to face interview tomorrow morning and had requested some reasonable adjustments for my interview which includes an assessment, but have not heard anything about this despite the interview invite stating that I would be contacted separately to discuss them. I sent a reminder email yesterday but got no response and this is truly putting me off attending the interview because it has made me wonder if the directorate is a potentially disorganised one and I wouldn't want to jump from frying pan to fire. This would be the first time I haven't had someone reach out to discuss my adjustments.

I have had to arrange a new baby sitter alongside other things I have had to move about to attend this interview and I don't know if it is just the fatigue of everything that is putting me off it.

It would be a level transfer but at a higher pay but I truly don't want to make a mistake at this stage by joining a chaotic organisation. Also haven't read the best things about the department.

Would something like this put you off attending the interview?

Starting MJ soon. Is there anything else I need to know?

I got an alert that my 2.5mg MJ pen has been despatched so I should expect it tomorrow. I have 44lbs to lose and I am 5ft9.5 in height. I intend to start with 1.0mg per week (24 clicks of the pen rather than 60) and go the low and slow route mainly to manage any side effects especially as a solo parent of a toddler. I had previously lost 110lbs 3 years ago and put back 44lbs with pregnancy and life changes. I have found that what I did in the past doesn't seem to be working anymore and that is why I have decided to go this route.

My game plan is to consume 70-80 grams of protein daily, drink lots of water, include collagen and biotin in my supplement plan as I have very long and full hair and would hate to lose that. I will also incorporate some home resistance training 3-4 days a week.

Are there any other tips I should know or anything you wish you knew in the beginning that would make this journey a success for me?

Thank you for reading.

How to start?

I have been a silent lurker for a few weeks. I am in the UK and lost 50kg (110lbs) 3 years ago. However, since having a baby and life struggles, I have gained 20kg (44lbs) back and I'm very concerned and scared that I will put it all back. For some reason, I'm unable to shift the weight like I did in the past.

I would like to start microdosing on tirz to lose that 20kg I have gained. I don't really know how to start with splitting the doses as I will be buying the regular pen. My aim would be to start at 1.25mg I.e. splitting the starter dose into two or more and making that last twice as long (8 weeks).

I am very concerned about side effects which is why I want to start low and cap at 2.5mg if I even get there.

Does anyone have any links, posts or videos to show me how to practically split the dose into syringes, measure, what syringes to buy etc? I don't know how to do anything related to this.

Thank you for reading.
