What happened to him?

The guy went from being the objectively most powerful risk for the multiverse then he suddenly became an afterthought and often coupled with absolute ridicule due to his only real portrayal in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

(I’ll address the third Antman 3 as “Q” from now now on.)

Q had the most ridiculous experience and we have to never ignore how bad Q hurted Kang.

Before the allegations, Kang is the guy who should have screwed Michelle Pfeiffer, he felt like this buffed ass fake muscular extremely sophisticated coming-from-the-future absolute madman.

He has like an exponential power level of intellect compared to Einstein.

He’s has sort of Einstein AND Schrödinger level of scientific knowledge : to the infinite power!

He was also “He Who Remains” or whatever that BS in Loki is.
I never really liked Loki as much as I felt I was gonna like it.

I didn’t even watch Loki Season 3 yet but I know Loki becomes “in the place of” He Who Remains. Or wait… isn’t Sylvie the Hot Female Loki the one who killed him? What even happened to her? She was Hot tho.

But lets go back to Kang.

He was also in Creed 3. We were supposed to love Jonathan Majors like we are always supposed to love the Star Power of Zendaya. He was the MBJ twin bestie. I wasnt against that.

But honestly? I always felt Kang.. and Jonathan Majors’ “suddern buffed up status of Star Power” never really convincing.

Kang LACKED aura because he was written in a way that has inherent aura. Not “acquiring the aura”.

Thanos acquired his aura through buildup. He was always the “finish line of villains’ power”.

Kang feels ridiculously powerful compares to Thanos to the point Thanos is currently somewhat “ridiculed” or “underrated” by comparison.

Thanos will always be the best villain Marvel created. I hated what they did to him in that animated show where a stupidly ridiculously Overpowered version of Ultron from a different universe dissects him in half like some Mortal Kombat Fatality.

Screw you.

Kang is a badly written villain.

Ant-Man (ironically) Defeated him.
Ant-Man who is always ridiculed for being that other random superhero.. ACTUALLY objectively defeated Kang.

The billions of Kang versions in the multiverse can possibly always be defeated by an Ant-Man.

We know they will never explore this. Kang is no more. Not even dead. Not even respected for his history like the Deadpool 2 villain (Cable).

Kang failed because he was always never gonna be taken as seriously as Thanos.

Kang sounded fake. Forced. Manufactured. Written poorly. Buffed for nothing. An Ant-Man villain. One that didnt even have enough courage to go for Michelle Pfeiffer even tho they lived together alone for ages or some S. and she banged that old comedian (established in the same movie).

Lemme put this right here and you know it’s a fact:

Kang was just Jonathan Majors with different clothes.

Lets be honest now, did you ever really “like” how MJ looked in the MCU? How and why was it ever never explained why MJ looks like that? Behaves the ways she does? I think she’s Zendaya’s stupid impersonation for how a Gen Z-accurate Euphoria-fied (but still toned down to fit the PG-13 audience) version of MJ. How can Zendaya look so ugly in Homecoming? Why did she had to appear like a hobo? Is it because she seems mysterious that way? Mystical as in “knows he’s spiderman” kinda thing? Which was anticlimacticly used in Far From Home?

MCU MJ looked ugly. Sounded like how Zendaya acts when she thinks she wanna represent a “cool girl without putting effort into her looks and she’s beautiful when she puts the effort” BS.

I get it, MCU MJ is less “annoying” than Raimi MJ, but at least, i think the movie did a good job of trying (and failing.. at least for me) to showcase how MJ is this mystical love interest of spiderman and also can be stolen by James Franco..

MCU MJ became a classical embodiment of the Spiderman love interest. She was always meant to be a “safe spiderman love interest. Especially in No Way Home. There is nothing of her that makes spiderman FEAR losing her. It was always what makes a good spiderman love interest: is when Spiderman has the same difficulty as fighting criminals as to fight for his love with MJ.. so the characterization of MJ. Has to be that of how she’s inherently hard to get BUT ALSO beautiful !.

Dont let me get started on Ned.

At first, it felt fresh, that chill friend who says “cool” when spiderman does smart shit.

I dont know why they created him. Why is he supposed to be smart when he has to be, and stupid in terms of almost everything he says? Why is Ned uninteresting. Are there Ned Fans? Like as in.. really? Ned Merch? But why isnt Ned some charismaric friend. Coz yeah they did that twice in Amazing Spiderman and Raimi’s storylines.

But is Ned really the best option they went for? Oh wait. I know the answer. Because he’s SAFE to write. Incredibly safe. Imagine you’re in the writer room: you have almost absolute free will to write what would Ned conveniently do or think. He happens to be conveniently able to do magic because only the plot said so and it was never a thing before No Way Home. He’s a “brainless character who happens to be inserted because Spiderman needs the loyal friend” but by extension: they make Harry Osbourne feel like the destined “best friend” for Peter… Where is arguably one of the greatest spiderman characters in the MCU? Is writing Harry as hard would be as writing all the stupid Jonathan Majors character swaps from all universes?…

Yeah. Lets stick with Ned and Zendaya’s weak rendition of MJ for yet another movie I guess.
