

Should I bulk to build more muscle mass or continue cutting?

I’m wondering if I should go on a short bulk (2 months or so) to build muscle mass before cutting again, I also believe Sam Sulek said in his video yesterday to try a PPLx Arnold split, would this be sacrificing gains? Any advice would be appreciated, except saying I need a haircut, that’s not physique related.
I feel like I want to lose 10 more pounds to put me at 175, should my carbs be lower? I workout 7 days a week and probably do like 120-150 minutes of cardio per week
I’ve had my Versa 4 for nearly two years, my battery used to last me for up to a week, but lately it has only lasted maybe 2 days at the most dropping from 100% to 74% overnight, is it time for an upgrade?
