I want to make the handguard/rail system on my m4 rotatable so I can add night vision as well as a scope and a red dot. My plan Is to have the guard itself rotate around the barrel with a 3D printed part, I have no idea what the term is but essentially it's a ball bearing that clicks and locks in place with each turn. I have an anycubic kobra 2 max and two ender 3s. I use cura and blender. Thank you for any help!

Hello, I'm 22, male and I'm sitting at around 280-300 and would like to go down to around 210 as I want to join the air force. I just want to know what foods to stay away from, what flavored drinks are better and what exercises are best for core/stomach and stamina.

I'm unfortunately very unmotivated and lazy in an ADHD sense so finding the right exercise is challenging, I like hiking but not running. I like Gatorades and sodas but not plane water. I've been trying to eat healthier too but I always seem to find food to eat when I'm bored and even if I eat until I'm full, I'm hungry again in two or three hours. I really want to join the air force because my dad, my grandad's on both sides AND my grandma on my mom's side were all in the Air Force. I'm hoping this will reach the right people, and thank you in advance!

I vaguely remember as a child my mom bought me an ant farm and I think it was a website that was attached to the ant farm somehow (maybe a promo) this had to have been between 2008-2016. I don't remember any other details. I doubt this will get found but if it does I appreciate you more then ever.

I'm having trouble with the kill ten akurana achievement. Is it kill ten members or take out ten crews? I've definitely killed more then ten and it doesn't seem to unlock the achievement. I've done it in evil karma run, does it need good karma run to unlock?
