Consumable? Valuable?

Hi,

I'm emigrating in the next couple of months and have a fair bit of booze to get through. The house we bought in the UK had this jeroboam of Lanson in the garage. I wondered, do we think it is consumable? Looks like they're about £250 new online - I presume this doesn't hold too much in the ways of value for resale?

Cheers!

Sell or Drink?

Hi,

I'm emigrating in a couple of months and have a few bottles to get through that I don't think worth me shipping with me. I've found this bottle I seemingly inherited. Doesn't seem to have a year etc on the box/bottle. Can someone age it/advise whether it's worth me possibly selling? I'm based in the UK currently.

Thanks!

Passport Stamping for PR

Hi,

I am an outland applicant from the UK in the family class for PR. Going by current timelines, it seems January 26 applicants may start hearing about verdicts in August. I am aware that in the late stages, I need to send my passport off for stamping. My friend is due to get married abroad in late August and I will naturally need my passport for this. Can anyone advise how long my passport stamping will likely take? In an ideal world, I will be moving to Canada in mid-September, so I would like to limit any delays in sending off my passport, rather than waiting until after the wedding.

Thanks

A Hand with Stag Planning

Hi,

I wondered if some people could offer some recommendations on some ideas for my mate's upcoming stag in Leeds in August.

We're all in our early 30s and veer towards pub more than club (although a bit of liveliness wouldn't go amiss later on). Generally we're pretty chill and after something more low-key than the Otley run.

We're from all over the country and Leeds offers a decent mid-point for everyone.

A couple of us are likely to do the Real Ale train from Manchester on the Friday, with the bulk of people arriving on Friday night (about 12 total). We'll be staying around Burley.

It's likely there'll be staggered arrivals on the Friday so I wondered if there's a decent tap room with street food style grub that people can grab as they arrive? Or alternatively a food hall style venue which is good for a few drinks in the evening too?

On the Saturday we'll be doing some paintball in the morning. Afterwards, I'm looking for an afternoon activity, then likely a curry (BYOB considered) and a bar crawl. Does anyone have any good suggestions?

TL;DR - can anyone recommend a tap room/food hall with grab and go grub that's good on a Friday. Then a good Saturday afternoon stag activity, group of lad friendly curry house, and some bar recs for a crawl?

Cheers!
