369 outta Starbucks

369 here. I had my last day at Starbucks today, and let me tell you that besides the people I’m going to miss, I’m not going to miss absolutely anything about this company that has progressively gotten worse throughout the years. I feel so free and like a huge burden has been lifted off of my shoulders. No more pressure of writing notes on cups, no more window times, no more fighting with customers over water. I’m out of this jawn 🤧

What’s going on guys. I’ve been a partner for about three years, and this last year has just been tough and stressful with all of the company changes and the company just kind of going in a different direction, and all of the drama and toxicity at my store, I’m just kind of over it. I recently got a job at Dutch Bros, and am still finishing the onboarding process. From another perspective, do I take the opportunity? I know Sbux has better benefits, but to be fair, I didn’t use them to begin with because I’m on my parents insurance and am graduating from college next semester, so I didn’t really use ASU. I live in California, so the pay isn’t too much off from what I make right now, it’s just a dollar less, but yeah thats my story.
