Found this pen over a year ago and forgot about it, rediscovered today and opened for the first time to a nice gold surprise

Grand army of the republic veterans pin was the highlight

He got onto a bunch of military, including and incredible sterling combat infantry badge. And many other neat things

The Carlos the 4th 2 reale was a shock (date covered by some attached rust which I will work on. 1911 S barber, 1917 merc, 189- indian, 1883 V nickel, Buffalo nickel, 3 cent nickel, and a bunch of wheaties. Plus other neat stuff

I got this at a flea market a few years ago and have always been curious about its age/origin, if anyone has any insights I’d love to hear them! The only mark says 95

no makers mark only a (95) stamp, I assume it’s of asian origin but if anyone can tell me more based on construction or design I would appreciate it, thank you
