Why is it showing that it is suspended? I have got numerous accounts that have access to this card's payment. What to do now?

I'm a graduate rn and I have seen pretty much all kinds of directors come and go, but this woman named Dr Sumaira Sarfaraz is the biggest egoistic woman I've ever seen in university. As teacher, she was good, I've studied from her, but as a director, don't make me open my mouth. I don't really care if she's reading this post or not, but it's not fair and really big bullshitting on the students. The image attached is a big proof of that. What kind of violations would have the Junior student might have done to kick her straight out of the university?
