hello! my lease ends at the end of the month and im looking for somewhere to live! my budget is around $1250 but is flexible. utilities included would be preferred but whatever works. it would be me, my roommate and our two cats! so it would have to be pet friendly. i currently work on franklin, so something relatively close would be preferred. we are both artists so space is important but not the main priority! open to a lease takeover as well! if anyone knows any leads please message me!!:]

hello! does anyone know of any studio/1 bedroom townhouses/apartments that will be available beginning in august? budget is around $1300 (semi flexible) subleases are fine, but a year is preferred. also utilities included if possible and within walking distance to franklin street for work.. would be me, my girlfriend, and our cat :)
