2019 Honda Insight Touring.
When I manually turn the high beams on, does that override the Automatic High Beam system so it no longer dims them automatically for oncoming traffic? Or will the car still switch to low beams on its own even after I've manually turned the high beams on?
Sometimes it seems the beams have a mind of their own, so I'm trying to figure out how it works to best engage with it.

Just saw The Sadies at Bearsville Theater in Woodstock, NY. Travis Good, a virtuoso guitarist, led the band through a magnificent performance of what I'd call country-western psychedelic rock-and-roll fusion. I haven't heard guitar playing like that since Jerry Garcia. Travis Good, like, "Johnny B. Good." plays guitar like he's ringing a bell.
I'm happy to be part of this thread, explore more from this band, and perhaps even help spread the word about them.
It might seem like a good idea. It might even seem like a great idea. But trust me, it’s probably not a good or great idea in reality, even if the concept sounds like one of the greatest ideas ever conceived by the human brain.
I made such a mess that if I lived in ancient times I would likely have been exiled from my tribe and forced to survive the elements on own. This would have proved difficult, and I’d have suffered a slow and painful death solely because of my own stupidity and lack of foresight.
I could, of course, just be an exceptionally messy watercolor painter and someone else may be able to paint at the table just fine, but I am simply not that person.
On the dashboard of my '19 Insight, I get an official-looking speed limit sign. It's proportional, thumbnail-sized, and differs from the real sign in that only the word *LIMIT* appears. My question is: what on earth controls that function?
It's often wrong, and while it's not causing any problems, it's a little disconcerting to glance down and see *LIMIT 40* when you know the actual speed limit is 25.
