Hey guys local 433 member i received a call about signing up for supplemental union benefits that are at no cost supposedly that the union sends out a package in the mail to sign up but i haven’t received anything so they called about me signing up they said its covered by what we already pay for with the union dues and at was at no cost to me i just had to basically sign up or fill out my info i suppose they set up a zoom meeting to go over it in a couple days i was wondering if this was legit or not. They had my info about my name and local and specifically said they wouldn’t ask for my social or any card info when i asked if this was all covered by the union. Is this legit does everyone do this or did everyone received a package in the mail to fill ? They are from OPEUI Local 277 and say they handle most union supplemental benefits.
