If you're using either one in this area, I'd really appreciate your feedback.

A few things I'm curious about:

• How stable is the connection? Any frequent outages?
• Are you getting the speeds you're paying for, especially during the evening?
• How's the ping for gaming and video calls?
• How responsive is customer support when something goes wrong?
