Ben net zo hard weer weggelopen.

Loopt echt een beetje uit de hand zo en jammer dat het verpest wordt voor de niet scalpers / casual collectors onder ons.

Could it be Gilbert’s based on the fractions?

Had a test last September bc I developed some yellowing, my total was 2.1mg/dl total

Yesterday I had it tested again, and the results are in the photo^

The yellowing started after I had a severe bowel surgery and lost about 8kg due to bowel issues I developed from the surgery… which seems to kind of fit with how Gilbert’s can be “triggered” by stress and illness.

Since then the yellowing in my eyes has been fluctuating a lot with diet and hydration I think. Sometimes it isn’t even there at all.

Also important to note that during both this test and the one in September my other liver enzymes were in the healthy range which means that it’s just the bilirubin being funky.

Venting but oof.. what id give to just eat some fresh or raw fruit & veggies again without suffering the consequences for days to come.

Especially during this summer weather I am seeing all these people enjoy fresh foods, fruitbowls etc and I’d LOVE to but I have the type of crohns where I just can’t🫠.

Someone decided to step on a bee… I wonder who it was?

Luckily he is a very chill guy so the vet removed the stinger and gave him a shot with no issues…
Will he learn from this experience? Probably not😂

Anybody else with mild fluctuating jaundice notice this?

My sclera seems to be clearer and more white when I first wake up… then as the days go on the color comes a bit more cream/off white?

I had surgery which impacts my absorption so I’m trying to get back on track with my diet to clear this but it’s just something I’ve noticed

Does this level of exhaustion sound familiar?

Ive been diagnosed with “severe” Crohn’s for about a year now. I had surgery roughly 4 months after my dx.
Before surgery I had no issues with diarrhea, I was just constipated and often tossing and turning whilst being in extreme pain.
Now I had surgery (I had to have the surgery bc i had too much scar tissue and a stubborn abscess), and I have issues with diarrhea/BAM despite being on meds that keep me in remission.

Some days I just wake up so so so exhausted, it will feel as if I haven’t slept at all. My body feels slow and my eyelids feel as if I have weights attached to them. This often seems to happen when my BAM gets bad..

I was wondering if other people here experience exhaustion to that same extent. I often am so tired I find it hard to keep my eyes open so I have to make sure I get up and go out to not fall asleep.
I also struggle with listening to conversations and focusing…

I lost a lot of weight too… and I find it extremely hard to eat because I am not quite sure what works and what doesn’t., Frankly it seems to be different every day.

Could the exhaustion be from something else or does this sound familiar…

Soft, deep or bright? :)

First slide is warm and second slide is cool:)

From my experience soft looks a bit unflattering irl and makes my skin look patchy.

NMIP.

I was told I likely fall somewhere between bright spring and warm autumn… with the deep seasons in the middle

So the last photo in the slide is I think one of my last moments wearing my hair natural. When I was 12 I moved to a school where straight hair was the norm and so I have been straightening for 10+ years now.
Last week I got rid of my straight extensions and decided it was time to embrace my natural hair again….

I would love it if you guys had any insight on what my hairtype most likely is and if you have any specific styling or product recs:)

I naturally have a lot of hair (last pic, and it’s also quite coarse) but I have thinned it out a lot a year ago so it could blend with my extensions.

NMIP!

I have been learning about color analysis for a couple of months now but it is so so hard.

On one hand I feel like a chameleon but on the other hand I feel like nothing looks quite right.

I am olive for sure so I figured maybe I am somewhere in the middle rather than one far end of the spectrum with cool/warm.

Maybe the issue is that since I am in the middle I can get away with hair/makeup kind of shifting whether I fit warm or cool…

My main issue is finding out if I’m deep, soft or bright.

1st pic is cool vs warm shades and the 2nd/3rd are deep/soft/bright, I also added a pic of me with a tan because I am mixed and I feel like the range of shades I go through in a year makes it even harder.

I have been told bright spring, soft autumn, soft summer. deep autumn, deep winter, cool winter even.

For what it’s worth, I noticed that a lot of the soft autumn colors make me look very weird in real life, they sort of add orange and pink patches on my face.
