Is it normal to go to bed feeling so full and bloated?

I'm on day 9 of my recovery meal plan, it was designed to avoid re-feeding syndrome so I know I'm still not eating anywhere near enough food that my body needs. However, I had my dinner at around 5:30pm, it is now 11pm and I still feel extremely full and bloated. And from past experiences, I will probably wake up still feeling full and bloated as well. Is this normal? It feels wrong forcing myself to eat when I feel stuffed, even though I'm not even eating enough.

Mechanical eating - will my hunger cues come back?

I'm having gastroparesis-like symptoms so I'm not hungry for any or my meals or snacks. If I carry on with mechanical eating, will my hunger cues come back?

Struggling with recovery because I'm not hungry... do I still need to eat?

A bit of a stupid question I know, but I need some reassurance. If I force myself to eat three meals and three snacks, will my body get used to it? Do I still need to eat when my stomach still feels full from the last meal/snack?

How much xanax do you have to take to feel properly chill?

I took 1mg earlier and didn't really feel any different. How many mg to take to get that nice warm fuzzy feeling?

2.5mg lorazepam tablets

I only normally take 1mg lorazepam tablets but have seen 2.5mg lorazepam tablets on the market. Are they legit? I didn't know lorazepam came as 2.5mg tablets.

Anxious about studying a foundation year as a mature student

I, 27F, will be studying a science foundation year in September. I am anxious that it will mostly be 18 year-olds on the course and that there won't be anyone around my age to bond/connect with. Does anyone have any insight into age ranges on foundation courses?

Financial support for foundation year

I have received an offer for the Science foundation year at the University of Nottingham that will directly lead to the dietetics and nutrition degree with an integrated masters. Student finance have said they will fund the dietetics degree, but not the foundation year, because I have previously studied some modules with the Open University. I think I will just about be able to self fund the foundation year, but does anyone know if there is any financial support available for someone in a situation like mine? I come from a low income household and have severe mental health problems that have required hospitalisations.

Thank you.
