How comfortable would you be towing a 2700lb dry pop up camper in an older hybrid Highlander?

*with trailer brakes. Disclaimer- I do not currently own a Highlander hybrid, but I'll be getting one before the end of the year. Specifically a 2008ish model

I've been doing an obscene amount of Google research and am at least moderately familiar with the considerations you have to make with towing with a hybrid(wind catching and sway bars, trailer brakes, added weight from gear and water, keeping up with transmission, etc)

Normally I'm easy to appease. There's a ton of sub 2000lb(and even a few sub 1000) trailers I'd be happy to consider... But there's a specific A frame model that's caught my eye that's just shy of 2700lbs dry. I'm sure it would handle just fine with trailer brakes and the occasional tow, but I'm curious at just how close to the edge of comfortable peace of mind that would be for you established Highlander hybrid owners. I've been operating with the mindset that anything over 1400 I should get trailer brakes and anything over 2000 I should be weary about in general. Any input would be greatly appreciated

Bonus question- there's another trailer I'm on the fence about that's just shy of 2K pounds, but not a pop up at all. It's actually quite tall for it's weight class. How much more of an issue does the wind resistance present than weight? Not the MPG loss, but the overall safety

Thanks in advance everyone!

I have this iPad case. The main unit connects to the USB C port and has a replacement USB C port for charging and an HDMI port for video out

It connects via Smart pins into a keyboard unit that provides two USB A ports for data and power. I don't need the keyboard and I'm curious as to if it's, generally speaking, possible to remove a USB A port from the keyboard and solder it to the PCB in the main unit in place of the HDMI port, obviously with some plastic filing to make the dimensions work

I know this is a little weird and I hope I'm not being too vague, but any help here would be appreciated

For starters, I actually like using eBay most of the time.. But every now and then a situation happens that reminds me what a nightmare it can be

I bought an item and the seller takes days to "ship"... Ok, slightly annoying, but not a big deal. That is until I realize it's just a tracking provided status and USPS doesn't have it yet. On the very final day of the delivery window, it gets updated(with the same tracking number, I was smart enough to screenshot before) as "delivered" but the address of delivery is different than my home address, which I also double checked to make sure there wasn't some ridiculous user error

The seller was quiet at first, but asked if it was delivered. I pointed out the error and they just stopped replying. I opened a refund case and eBay is making me wait a full week before they'll force the issue

This is stupid. eBay gets to hold onto my 70 bucks for two weeks when I knew there was an unfixable issue not even halfway through that timeframe.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong here

I've been interested in getting a red magic phone to use with my portable monitor setup and some Google searching has led me to the conclusion that the air models only support video out over USB hubs and you can't get a direct USB video connection unless you go for the pro model

Is this correct? It just seems really strange to omit basic functionality like that on any model of your console styled gaming phone

The secret is festive ground turkey- comes in a tube and is sold frozen. It's generally unappetizing... strangely textured, odd smelling, etc. I would never use it for anything else, but I discovered early on it just happens to blend in perfectly to canned sloppy Joe mix. I often times forget I'm using cheap ground turkey. Just be sure to cook the turkey through, drain the liquid and stir/break up the meat pretty well before adding the sauce. Anyway, here's the list:

- 1lb tube of festive ground turkey: $2

- 1 can of great value sloppy Joe mix: $1

- 1 bag of great value hamburger/hotdog buns: $1.50

I also like to add some shredded cheese if I have it, but the basic recipe makes a fairly good size batch of sloppy joes for only $4.50. Maybe not the most economical, but a nice break from rice and beans if you can spare a little extra
