How do you stay in track
How do you guys stay on track on birthdays, holidays and date nights?
I’ve done a pretty good job of navigating holidays and restaurants, but today was extremely difficult. Went to a family cookout, they had cheeseburgers, sausages, chips with a cheese ground beef dip and cake and ice cream. I had a cheese burger no bun, a sausage and 1 chip with dip (literally 1). And still well above my meal “budget” and was still hungry.
